For a detailed view of the disputes, click Disputes on the left-hand side menu.
Here you will see the list of recent disputes. It contains the amount, status, reason, creation date and evidence due date for the disputes listed.
You can use filters to sort and organize them by creation time, status, and evidence due date.
Filtering the disputes
- Click on Filters.
- From the dropdown menu pick relevant filters to filter the data accordingly, then click Done.
Checking dispute details
To see more details about a given dispute, click on the dispute on the list. You will then be directed to the charge that’s connected to the dispute.
