How to export customer data

After a number of customers have been created on your SecurionPay account you might be interested in exporting them into a CSV file. 

In this article you’ll learn how to do that. 

General export 

Follow steps below to export data about all of your charges. 

  1. Navigate to the Customers section. 
  2. Click on Export. Export is being prepared.
  3. To send the export file to your email after it is generated, click the Email <your email address> button. 
  4. When the export is completed, click download it here to download the file to your computer.

Filtered export 

Follow steps below to export data for specific charges. 

  1. Navigate to the Customers section. 
  2. Click on Filters.
  3. From the drop-down menu pick relevant filters to filter the data accordingly, then click on Done.

  4. Click on Export.
  5. Export is being prepared. To send the export file to your email after it is generated, click the Email <your email address> button
  6. When the export is completed, click download it here to download the file to your computer.
